The Dream Team
Each season at regional competitions dancers are selected for The Dream Team that performs the opening number of “The Showdown of the Stars” at Dance Machine’s America’s National Dance Championships.
These dancers get to work with choreographers from across the country, some may be on our national judging faculty and others may be teachers that are part of the Dance Machine Family. The performance features Jazz, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, and even a Clogging section. This is themed each year to go with the current Season and each member gets a T-Shirt that only Dream Team members have, they wear this t-shirt with their own black dance pants for the performance.
The selected dancers will get a form from their teacher after the regional competition to send to the national office, so they can be a part of The Dream Team Performance. This is always an audience favorite at Nationals.
