NATIONAL FINALS PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE
Posted 10-12 Days before the National Finals Competition 
 

?? PHOTOGENIC COMPETITION (Optional for those interested) 

  • Bring a 5×7 or 8×10 photo (Color Preferred)

  • Write name, age, and studio on the back.

  • Photos are returned on stage during the awards.

  • Entry is completed on-site at the Merchandise Table.

  • Do not send photos or payment in advance.

  • Fee: $50 per photo

  • Each entry receives a trophy and a rating. 

  • Top Score Photogenic Awards are presented during Group Awards.

  • At Nationals, Photogenic Adjudication is awarded during Solo & Group Sessions. 

How to qualify to compete for America’s Xtreme Dancer of the Year: 

 

1. Attend a Dance Machine Xtreme Dance Convention in Fall 2026 or Winter 2027.  

2. Compete your solo at a Dance Machine or Boogie Fever regional competition with a score of 270 or higher. 

3. If you want to qualify for Dancer of the Year but did not attend an Xtreme Convention you may contact the office for procedure. 

What is involved in the Dancer of the Year Competition?

  1. You enter your solo in the ANDC National Finals. 
  2. You will perform Improv in front of the audience (1 or 2 rounds) 
  3. You may be asked to perform in the National Opening Number. 
  4. You enter your solo in the national competition and choose the Dancer of the Year ADD-ON.
